I’ve forgotten my password – how do I retrieve my login details?

It happens to all of us! Attempt to log in and click the button below that says ‘Forgot your password?’. This will allow you to reset the password and re-gain access to your account. We recommend using a strong, secure password that hasn’t been used for another of your accounts. Aim for a mixture of symbols, numbers and both lower and upper case letters.

How will my personal data be used when I create an account?

Why do I need to create an account?

Creating an account enables you to download the data in Microsoft Excel format and save the reporting views which are most interesting to you so you can easily view them when you return to the site. It also helps us if we understand how people are using the Index data and which industries or companies are finding the Index of most use. By understanding the audience, we can ensure we are able to improve the data we collect and the functionality of the tool.

How can I create an account?

You will be prompted to create an account if you would like to export the raw data via the “The data” webpage.
